On December 13th, we gathered together to kick-off the holiday season with a fun night of cocktails, early Christmas shopping and fellowship.
We also took some time to celebrate the year’s achievements. It was quite humbling and exciting to be reminded of all the wonderful work we have been able to be a part of. However, for those of you who were not able to attend, below you will find a highlight of the year’s achievement celebrated:. We...
1 Raised $10,000 in support of the Strong Women, Strong World Fund which promotes projects supporting the welfare of women and children living in that is considered the 10 worst countries to be a women.
2 Found sponsors for 33 children in locations all over the world.
3 Twenty ladies became partners and twelve of them commited to leadership.
4 Hosted a speaker event in partnership with with Restore, a local non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing women from sex traffickers in NYC.
5 Had a showing of the movie Journey to Jamaa showcasing the struggles of sponsor children.
6 Sent over 30 letters to our representatives in regards to TVPRA and received a response from
New Jersey’s representative.

Last, we want to thank all of our partners for your support this past year. It was because of you we were able to do all of this. Many of you volunteer your time and resources to make it all happened and for that we are grateful. And we hope you will partner with us this coming year again.
